When it was inaugurated in the 1923, the legendary Imperial Hotel by Frank Lloyd Wright marked the birth of Japan as a modern nation.The building quickly became the most famous reference point in Tokyo and its history would be as lively and dramatic as that of its country. The building was demolished in the 1968's, but the iconic entrance and the hall wing were dismantled and rebuilt at the Meiji Mura Museum in Nagoya.
